Samriddhi Finance (SFCL) Auctioning 7,72,666 Units Promoter Shares from Ashad 01
Samriddhi Finance Company Limited (SFCL) will be auctioning its 7,72,666 units promoter shares from 1st Ashar to 9th Ashar, 2079.
A total of 7,72,666 units promoter shares will be auctioned. Earlier the company had auctioned 73,100 unit ordinary shares and 8,67,366 unit promoter shares from the 29th Chaitra 2078 to 7th Baisakh, 2079. But not all promoter shares were sold, hence the company is going to auction the unsold shares from 1st Asar, 2079. These are the unclaimed portion of the 2: 1 rights offering opened from 8th Falgun to 29th Falgun, 2078.
The existing promoters, general public, and institutions are all eligible to bid for the auction. Rs. 100 is the minimum bid rate for the auction. The minimum bid quantity for promoters’ shares is 1,000 units. Although bidders can bid for the entirety of the issue, they are required to abide by Nepal Rastra Bank's rule to not exceed the specified quantity of shares per entity.
