Samsung Launches Flood Care 2024 Campaign to Support Customers Affected by Monsoon Floods

In response to the severe flooding and landslides caused by continuous monsoon rains in Nepal, Samsung has launched the Flood Care 2024 campaign to support customers affected by water damage to their products.

The campaign offers free labor charges and replacement parts for water-damaged Samsung products still under warranty. The service is available at Samsung Service Centres from October 4 to October 13, 2024. Customers can register their issues by contacting Samsung Customer Support through Ncell or NTC.
