Samudayik Laghubitta (SLBSL) Unveils Book Closure Date for its 15% Dividend; Calls AGM on Ashad 22

Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBSL) has called its 9th AGM on 22nd Ashad, 2080. The meeting will be held in The Dhulikhel Lodge Resort, Dhulikhel, Kavrepalanchowk, starting from 11 AM that day.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 15% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The meeting of the board of directors decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 13.20 Crores. 10% bonus shares worth Rs. 1.32 crores and 5% cash dividend worth Rs. 66 lakhs have been proposed. There's also an agenda to elect 4 directors from the promoter shareholding group and 2 from the public shareholding group.
Furthermore, there is an agenda to endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports and appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80. Also, give full authority to the BoDs or a person designated by the BoDs to carry out all the necessary work related to the merger/acquisition and amendment of the Articles of Association.
The book closure date is on Ashad 14. Therefore, the shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to dividend payout and can attend this AGM.
