Sana Kisan Bikas Laghubitta Revises Dividend Rate to 15% for Fiscal Year 2079/80

Sana Kisan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SKBBL) has revised its dividend proposal from the previous 20% to a 15% dividend for FY 2079/80.

Earlier, the company had proposed a 20% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. As per the notice published in NEPSE, the company had proposed 15% bonus shares worth Rs. 49.97 crores and 5% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth Rs. 16.65 crores from the paid-up capital of Rs. 3.33 Arba.

However, the decision taken by the 20th BOD meeting of the company was subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank. The central bank has now ordered the company to revise its dividend proposal to 15%. Thus, the company has revised its proposal to only distribute 14.25% bonus shares worth Rs. 47.47 crores and 0.75% cash dividend worth Rs. 2.49 crores on the paid-up capital of Rs. 3.33 Arba.
