Sanima Bank concludes its 19th AGM; endorses 14.70% dividend to shareholders

Sanima Bank Limited has successfully concluded its 19^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, 19^th October 2023.

Under the Chairmanship of Mr. Tuk Prasad Paudel, AGM has approved to provide 9% bonus share and 5.70% Cash Dividend.

In FY 2079/80, Sanima has earned Net Profit of NPR 2.61 billion with Total Deposits and Net Loans and advances of NPR 178.85 billion and NPR. 149.87 billion respectively along with Total Assets size of 215.64 billion. In comparison to FY 2078/79, Total Deposit, Loan & Advances and Total Assets were increased by 12.56 %, 5.78% and 12.02% respectively.
