Sanima Bank issuing "8.5% Sanima Debenture 2087" from 1st Poush

Sanima Bank Limited is issuing "8.5% Sanima Debenture 2087" to the general public from 1st Poush. The debenture has 40,00,000 units to be issued at a par value of Rs.1000 per unit.

The issue will close on 5th Poush, 2077. If the issue is not fully subscribed, the deadline can be extended to 15th Poush.

The debenture will mature 10 years from now, i.e. in the year 2087. While 16 lakh units will be open to the general public, 24 lakh units will be subscribed via private placement. 5% of the public issue, i.e. 80,000 units are reserved for mutual funds.

Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units and a maximum of 16 lakh units.
