Sanima Bank Limited Proposes 5.2632% Dividend for FY 2080/81

Sanima Bank Limited (SANIMA) has proposed a 5.2632% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81.
The meeting of the Board of Directors (BODs) held on Ashwin 22 decided to distribute a 5.2632%% cash dividend (including tax) worth RS. 71.48 Crores. The paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs. 13.58 Arba.
This decision is subject to approval from the NRB after which it will be endorsed in the AGM of the bank.
