Sanima General Insurance concludes SGM endorsing merger with General Insurance; new entity to be known as Sanima GIC Insurance Company
Sanima General Insurance concluded its SGM under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Khem Raj Lamichhane on Ashoj 11, 2079 unanimously endorsing the merger agreement with General Insurance Company.
The SGM has also endorsed the decision to rename the company as Sanima GIC Insurance Company, as per the media statement.
