Sanima General Insurance (SGI) Calls AGM; What are the Agendas?

Sanima General Insurance Limited (SGI) has called its 3rd AGM on 11th Jestha, 2078. The meeting will be held in Amrapali Banquet, Kathmandu, starting at 10: 30 am that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorse the annual report, financial reports, and auditor's report for the fiscal year 2076/77.
2) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2077/78 and approval of their compensation.
3) Election of two board members representing the general investors.
Baisakh 29 is declared the book closure date for the AGM. Thus, investors maintained before that day can attend the AGM. Books will be closed from Baisakh 29 to Jestha 11.
