Sanima GIC Insurance has convened its 5th AGM for the FY 2079-80 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Kunal Kayal on Jestha 32, 2080.
The AGM has also elected Mr. Kunal Kayal, Mr. Dilip Shrestha and Ms. Mita Murarka Agrawal as the BoDs from the promoter group and Dr. Hemanta Kumar Dawadi, Mr. Prakash Man Shrestha and Ms. Saraswati Gautam (Gyawali) from the public shareholder group, as per the media statement.
