Sanima GIC Insurance Limited (SGIC) has declared that it will not distribute dividends for the Fiscal Year 2079/80.
The 134th Board Meeting of SGIC held on Magh 10, 2080 has decided that the company will not distribute any dividends to its shareholders from the profit of FY 2079/80. It is important to note that this decision is contingent upon the approval of the financial statements by the regulatory authority, Nepal Insurance Authority.
