Sanima GIC Insurance Proposes 7.89% Dividend for FY 2080/81

Sanima GIC Insurance Limited (SGIC) has proposed a 7.8947% dividend worth Rs. 15.78 crore for the fiscal year 2080/81.
The 155th Board of Directors meeting on Magh 24 has decided to distribute a 0.3947% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth Rs. 78.94 lakhs and 7.5% bonus shares worth Rs. 15 crores. The existing paid-up capital of SGIC is Rs. 2.00 Arba.
The dividend is subject to approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority, and the upcoming AGM.
As of writing, SGIC closed at Rs. 700.00.
