Sanima GIC Insurance (SGIC) Calls 5th AGM on Jestha 32; What are the Agendas?

Sanima GIC Insurance Limited (SGIC) will be convening its 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 32nd Jestha, 2080 at Amritbhog located at Kalikasthan, Kathmandu from 11 AM onwards.
The agendas of the meeting include:
1) Discussion and approval of the Annual Report to be presented by the Chairman.
2) Discussion and approval of PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports for the fiscal year 2078/79.
3) Appointment of the auditor for the year 2079/80.
4) Elect 3 directors each from the promoter shareholding group and the public shareholding group.
5) To amend rule 11 of the Articles of Association.
6) Provide full authority to the board of directors to amend various necessary proceedings accordingly if any instructions are received from the regulatory bodies.
Jestha 12 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day can attend the AGM.
