Sanima Hydropower To Convene 10th AGM on Kartik 02 With These Agendas

Sanima Hydropower Limited (SHP) has called its 10th AGM on 2nd Kartik, 2080. The meeting will be held in the company's head office located at Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu, starting at 4:00 PM that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2079/80.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Appoint auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81 and determine their remuneration.
4) Elect an independent director.
5) Increasing the meeting allowances to the board of directors.
6) Amendment of Articles of Association and give full authority to the BoDs to oversee any instructions received from the regulatory board.
