Sanima Mai Hydropower appoints NCM Merchant as issue manager for 100% right share; Paid up to reach Rs 2.11 arba

Sanima Mai Hydropower Limited (SHPC) has appointed NCM Merchant Banking Limited as its issue manager. Mr Subarna Das Shrestha, CEO of Sanima Mai Hydropower and Mr Bijaya Lal Shrestha, Issue Manager of NCM Merchant Banking signed on the agreement yesterday (Kartik, 9, 2073). Sanima Mai Hydropower is issuing 100% (1.05 crore units) right share to its shareholders worth Rs 1.05 crore. Issuing a press statement it stated that the right issue was approved by the hydropower company’s 5^th AGM held on Bhadra 31, 2073. After issuance of 100 % right share, it issued and paid up capital will reach to Rs 2.11 arba.
