Sanima Mai Hydropower Calls AGM on Kartik 02 to Endorse 5.2632% Cash Dividend

Sanima Mai Hydropower Limited (SHPC) has called its 11th AGM on 2nd Kartik, 2079.

Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse the dividend. The meeting of the board of directors held on 20th Bhadra, 2079 has decided to distribute 5.2632% in cash dividends including tax amount. The cash dividend is worth Rs. 16,25,92,158. This is the dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79.

Ashwin 12 is the book closure date. Thus, the shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to dividend payout and can also attend this AGM.

Last Year, SHPC announced a 10.5263% cash dividend for FY 2077/78. As of writing, SHPC is last traded at Rs. 314 on Nepal Stock Exchange.
