Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower Limited (TAMOR) has announced its 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on 23rd Poush, 2081. The company has set Poush 11 as the book closure date, meaning shareholders who are listed before this date will be eligible to attend the AGM.

One of the major agendas for the meeting includes seeking approval to grant full authority to the Board of Directors to merge with other suitable companies operating in a similar field.
