Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower Limited (TAMOR) has called its 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Poush 26, 2080.
In an AGM notice published recently, the company informed shareholders that it will not be proposing any dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. The current paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 3.33 Arba.
The company has set Poush 12 as the book closure date. Shareholders maintaining shares before this date will be eligible to attend the AGM.
As of December 18, TAMOR closed at Rs. 301.
