Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Limited (SRLI) proposes a 9.2489% dividend for FY 2080/81.
The 38th Board of Directors meeting on Falgun 12 has proposed a 9.2489% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81. 9% bonus shares and 1.2489% cash dividends have been proposed. The company's existing paid-up capital is Rs. 4.51 Arba.
Note that this dividend will be distributed only after approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
