Sanima Securities Limited has called its 1st AGM on 26th Ashwin, 2080. The meeting will be held in Office of Company Registrar, Putalisadak-28, Kathmandu starting at 11 am that day.
These are the agendas of AGM:
1) Endorsement of financial reports.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, Balance Sheet, Financial reports, and cash flow reports of the FY 2079/80.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor and determination of their remuneration for the fiscal year 2080/81.
4) Endorse 2.5% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 50 Lakh.
