Sanima Securities Calls SGM on Shrawan 07 With These Agendas

Sanima Securities Limited has called its Special General Meeting (SGM) on 7th Shrawan, 2080. The meeting will be held in the head office of the Sanima Bank located at Naxal, Kathmandu, starting from 1 pm that day.
These are the agendas:
1) Discuss changing the location of its head office and amending the Articles of Association accordingly.
2) Provide full authority to the board of directors to oversee various amendments accordingly if any instructions are received from the regulatory bodies.
