Sanjen Jalavidhyut Company and Madhya Bhotekoshi Jalavidhyut Company Calls AGM; When's the Book Closure

Sanjen Jalavidhyut Company Limited (SJCL) has called its 12th AGM on 29th Poush, 2080. The meeting will be held at Karki Party Palace, Sukedhara, Kathmandu starting at 9 a.m. that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorse the annual report of the fiscal year 2078/79.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PNL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Appointment of the auditor and determination of their remuneration for the fiscal year 2079/80.
4) Amendment of Articles of Association.
5) To discuss the facilities to the members of the board of directors.
6) Miscellaneous.

Poush 19 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day can attend this AGM.

Madhya Bhotekoshi Jalavidyut Company Limited (MBJC) has called its 12th AGM on 27th Poush, 2080. The meeting will be held in Kundalini Durbar Banquet, Chandol, Kathmandu, starting at 11 AM that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2079/80.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
4) To discuss the facilities to the members of the board of directors.
5) To discuss about the loans taken that even exceeds the total amount of paid-up capital.
5) Miscellaneous.

Madhya Bhotekoshi Jalavidyut Company Limited (MBJCL) is a subsidiary company of Chilime Hydropower Company Limited, registered as public company in july 2010. MBJCL has planned to develop Middle Bhotekoshi Hydroelectric Project (MBKHEP) with an installed capacity of 102 MW in Sindhupalchowk district of Central Development Region.Tri-partite loan agreement has been signed between EPF, Chilime and MBJCL for debt portion. The equity investment will be made through 51% promoter share and 49% public share. Chilime is a leading company with 37% share.
