Sanjen Jalavidhyut Company Cancelled Its 13th AGM

Sanjen Jalavidhyut Company Limited (SJCL) has cancelled its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) until further notice.
The company had previously called its 13th AGM on 5th Chaitra, 2080 at Kundalini Banquet, Chandol, Kathmandu. The company has cited specific reasons for this delay.
Due to the unfavorable conditions surrounding the circumstances that led to the postponement of the general meeting, caused by the current situation preventing its convening, SJCL has deemed it necessary to reschedule the AGM.
However, the company assures stakeholders that the meeting will be conducted per the established rules and regulations at the most suitable time. Further details will be communicated through official notice channels.
