Saptakoshi Development Bank (SAPDBL) Calls AGM; What are the Agendas?

Saptakoshi Development Bank Limited (SAPDBL) has called its 13th AGM going on 28th Chaitra, 2077. The AGM will be held in Jiwan Bikas Samaj, Katahari, Morang, starting at 10: 30 am that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
a) Endorsement of the annual report from the BOD.
b) Endorsement of financial reports till Ashad 2077.
c) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2077/78 and approval of their compensation.
d) Election of a female board member from the general public/ investors side.
e) Misc.
Books will be closed from Chaitra 15 to Chaitra 28. Thus, investors maintained before Chaitra 15 can attend the AGM. As of writing, SAPDBL has an LTP of Rs. 163.
