Sarathi Laghubitta and Satyawoti Laghubitta receive approval from NRB to begin joint operation from today

Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has provided final approval to convene joint transaction after merger of Sarathi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha and Satyawoti Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited.

In the Special General Meeting (SGM) convened by both the companies on Kartik 21, 2076; the decision to merger was endorsed and approved. On Mangsir 13, 2076 NRB provided the merging parties with Letter of Intent.

Duly, NRB approved the companies to begin joint operation after merger under the name of Sarathi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited from Poush 4, 2076 i.e. today. Both the merging companies are D Class financial institution operating in 10 districts.
