Sarathi Nepal Laghubitta (SNLB) Calls AGM; When's the Book Closure for 8.13% Bonus Shares?

Sarathi Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SNLB) has called its 12th AGM on 3rd Baisakh, 2078. The AGM will be held in Hotel Araniko, Dhulikhel, Kavre starting at 11:00 am that day.
Among other proposals, the AGM will endorse the 8.55% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The meeting of the board of directors decided to distribute 8.13% bonus shares and 0.42% cash dividend for the fiscal year. Since the paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 23,53,86,150, the bonus shares amount to Rs. 1,91,52,000 and the cash dividend amounts to Rs. 10,08,000.
Furthermore, the AGM will elect four board members from the promoters and two from the general investors and endorse the agendas to issue FPO.
The book closure date is declared on Chaitra 19. Thus, investors maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.
