Sarbottam Steel Calls 4th SGM on Shrawan 07; What Are The Agendas?

Sarbottam Steel Limited has called the 4th Special General Meeting (SGM) on 7th Shrawan, 2080. The meeting will be held in the head office of the company located at Tinkune, Kathmandu, starting from 11 am that day.
These are the agendas:
1) To recommend the BODs to convert the public-to-shareholding ratio of the company to increase the authorized and paid-up capital of the company.
2) Amendment of the Articles of Association.
