SEBON Adds "10% Citizens Bank Bond 2080" in its Pipeline; Citizens Bank to Collect Rs 3 Arba from the Issue

The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has added "10% Citizens Bank Bond 2080" in its pipeline under preliminary review.

Citizens Bank International Limited is bringing 30 lakh units of debenture at Rs 1000 per unit into the market to raise funds worth Rs 3 Arba. The bank will be offering 10% interest per annum for a period of 10 years.

The total offered units have been divided between public and private. 12 lakh units are being offered to the general public whereas 18 lakh units are being offered for private placement.

Himalayan Capital Limited is the issue manager of the debenture issuance. The application was sent to SEBON on Ashad 08.
