SEBON adds "10.25% Sanima Debenture 2076" in its pipeline; Bank to collect Rs 4 arba from the issue

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has added "10.25% Sanima Debenture 2076" in its pipeline awaiting review and approval.

Sanima Bank (SANIMA) is bringing 40 lakh units debentures at Rs 1000 per unit into the market to raise funds worth Rs 4 arba. The bank will be offering 10.25% interest per annum for a period of 10 years.

The total offered units have been divided between public and private. 16 lakh units is being offered to the general public whereas 24 lakh units are being offered for private placement.

NIC Asia Capital Limited is the issue manager of the debenture issuance.

Sanima Bank has also issued "10% Sanima Debentures 2085" which is listed in NEPSE.
