SEBON Adds "11% Mahalaxmi Debenture 2089" in its Pipeline; Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank to Collect Rs 1 Arba from the Issue

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has added "11% Mahalaxmi Debenture 2089" in its pipeline under preliminary review.

Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited is bringing 10 lakh units debentures at Rs 1000 per unit into the market to raise funds worth Rs 1 Arba. The bank will be offering 11% interest per annum for a period of 10 years.

The total offered units have been divided between public and private. 4 lakh units is being offered to the general public whereas 6 lakh units are being offered for private placement.

NIC Asia Capital Limited is the issue manager of the debenture issuance. The application was sent to SEBON on Ashwin 27.
