SEBON Adds 38.25 Lakhs IPO Shares of Vision Lumbini Urja Company in its Pipeline

The IPO proposal of Vision Lumbini Urja Company Limited is in SEBON's pipeline.
The company has submitted a proposal to the capital market regulator to issue a total of 3,825,000 shares. This will raise Rs. 38.25 crores for the company. The application was submitted on Falgun 28, 2079.
Muktinath Capital Limited has been appointed the issue manager for the public offering.
Vision Lumbini Urja Company Limited is developing a 25-MW Seti Nadi Hydroelectric Project in the Machhapuchchhre rural municipality of Kaski District, Gandaki Province of Nepal. The project is a run-of-the-river (R-o-R) type and is being developed at a 44.5% probability of exceedance (Q44.5). The project has been planned to be developed at a budgeted cost of NPR 5,000 million in a Debt: Equity ratio of 70:30. The company had a paid-up capital of NPR 1,058 million as of September 09, 2021.
