SEBON Adds 39.50 Lakhs IPO Shares of Daramkhola Hydro Energy In its Pipeline

The IPO proposal of Daramkhola Hydro Energy Limited is in SEBON's pipeline.

The company has submitted a proposal to the capital market regulator to issue a total of 3,950,000 shares. This will raise Rs. 39.5 crores for the company. The application was submitted on Bhadra 05, 2080.

Laxmi Capital has been appointed the issue manager for the public offering.

Daram Khola Hydroelectric Project is a run-of-river project located in Galkot-11 of Baglung district and utilizes the water from Daram Khola, the project has an installed capacity of 9.6 MW. The project comprises a diversion weir with Undersluice, intake arrangements followed by a settling basin, headrace pressure pipe, surge tank followed by penstock pipe and powerhouse, tailrace canal, and switchyards. The generated power will be connected to the 33 kV Harichaur Substation. The company has to construct 14 km long 33 kV transmission lines from the powerhouse to the Harichaur substation in the Baglung district.
