SEBON Adds "Sanima Flexi Fund" in its Pipeline; Open-End Fund Seeks to Issue 10 Crore Units

The Securities Exchange Board of Nepal (SEBON) has recently added the "Sanima Flexi Fund" under preliminary review in the latest list of mutual fund scheme pipeline status published.

Sanima Flexi Fund will have a fund size of Rs. 1 Arba divided into 10 Crore units, having a par value of Rs. 10 per unit. This is the first open-end mutual fund scheme of Sanima Capital. The application was sent to SEBON on Ashad 17. Sanima Capital Limited is the fund manager of the mutual fund scheme whereas Sanima Bank is the fund sponsor of this scheme.

Sanima Capital Limited currently manages three closed-end mutual fund schemes Sanima Equity Fund (SAEF)", "Sanima Large Cap Fund (SLCF)" and "Sanima Growth Fund (SAGF)" in the market.
