SEBON Adds Two Mutual Funds "RBB Focus 40" and "Citizens Santulit Yojana" in Pipeline

The Securities Exchange Board of Nepal (SEBON) has recently added "RBB Focus 40", under preliminary review in the latest list of mutual fund scheme pipeline status published.
RBB Focus 40 is a closed-end mutual fund scheme that will have a fund size of Rs. 1 Arba divided into 10 Crore units, having a par value of Rs. 10 per unit. The application was sent to SEBON on Poush 14. RBB Merchant Banking Limited is the fund manager of the mutual fund scheme. Whereas, Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited is the Fund Sponsor of this scheme.
Similarly, SEBON has also added "Citizens Santulit Yojana", under preliminary review in the latest list of mutual fund scheme pipeline status published.
Citizens Santulit Yojana is a closed-end mutual fund scheme that will have a fund size of Rs. 1 Arba divided into 10 Crore units, having a par value of Rs. 10 per unit. The application was sent to SEBON on Poush 19. Citizens Capital Limited is the fund manager of the mutual fund scheme. Whereas, Citizens Bank International is the Fund Sponsor of this scheme.
