SEBON Approved NMB Capital’s Mutual Fund Scheme "NMB Hybrid Fund L-II" To Issue 12 Crore Mutual Fund Units

The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved the "NMB Hybrid Fund L-II" worth Rs 1.20 Arba on Poush 2, 2081.
This is a closed-end mutual fund scheme that will be floating 12 crore unit shares each at a par value of Rs 10 per share. The sponsor of the fund is NMB Bank Limited, while the fund manager is NMB Capital Limited.
As of now, NMB Capital is managing two closed-end funds i.e. NMB 50 (NMB50), and NMB Sulav Investment Fund - II (NSIF2), and one open-end fund i.e NMB Saral Bachat Fund - E (NMBSBF) in the market.
