SEBON Approves 10% KBLM Debenture 2090; Bank To Issue 50 Lakh Unit Debentures Soon

Kumari Bank Limited's (KBL) 10% KBLM Debenture 2090 has been approved by the Securities Board of Nepal. The regulatory board gave the nod of approval on Ashwin 08, 2080.
The 10% KBLM Debenture 2090 has 50 lakh units, each having a par value of Rs. 1,000. From the total issue, 20 lakh units will be issued to the general public while 30 lakh units will be subscribed via private placement.
Nabil Investment Banking Limited has been appointed as the issue manager.
As the name suggests, the 10% KBLM Debenture 2090 has a maturity period of 10 years and will mature in the year 2090 BS. The debenture will yield a 10% annual return to unitholders.
