SEBON Approves 10.30% Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Rinpatra; Bank To Issue 24 Lakh Unit Debentures Soon

The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved "10.30% Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Ltd Rinpatra" on Mangsir 29, 2079.

Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited (SCB) will be issuing 24 lakh unit debentures at the rate of Rs 1000 per unit. The bank will be offering a 10.30% interest rate on the debenture for a period of 5 years.

Out of the total units being issued 9.60 lakh units will be offered to the general public and 14.40 lakh units will be offered for private placement.

NIBL Ace Capital is the issue manager. It will raise a total of Rs 2.4 arba from the issuance.
