SEBON Approves 10.75% NMB Debenture 2089/2090; Bank To Issue 40 Lakh Unit Debentures Soon

The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved "10.75% NMB Debenture 2089/2090" on Falgun 18, 2079.
NMB Bank Limited (NMB) will be issuing 40 lakh unit debentures at the rate of Rs 1000 per unit. The bank will be offering a 10.75% interest rate on the debenture for a period of 10 years.
Out of the total units being issued 16 lakh units will be offered to the general public and 24 lakh units will be offered for private placement.
NIBL Ace Capital is the issue manager. It will raise a total of Rs 4 arba from the issuance.
