SEBON Approves 11% LBBL Debenture 2089; Bank To Issue 10 Lakh Unit Debentures Soon

The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved "11% LBBL Debenture 2089" on Baisakh 10, 2080.
Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited (LBBL) will be issuing 10 lakh unit debentures at the rate of Rs 1000 per unit. The bank will be offering an 11% interest rate on the debenture for a period of 10 years.
Out of the total units, 4,00,000 units will be offered to the general public while the remaining 6,00,000 units will be privately placed.
Nabil Investment Banking Limited is the issue manager. It will raise a total of Rs 1 Arba from the issuance.
