SEBON Approves 11% Mahalaxmi Debenture 2089; Bank To Issue 10 Lakh Unit Debentures Soon

The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved "11% Mahalaxmi Debenture 2089" on Chaitra 05, 2079.
Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited (MLBL) will be issuing 10 lakh unit debentures at the rate of Rs 1000 per unit. The bank will be offering an 11% interest rate on the debenture for a period of 10 years.
Out of the total units being issued 4 lakh units will be offered to the general public and 6 lakh units will be offered for private placement.
NIC Asia Capital is the issue manager. It will raise a total of Rs 1 Arba from the issuance.
