SEBON Approves "11.25% Global IME Bank Debenture 2084/85"; Bank To Issue 50 Lakh Unit Debentures Soon

The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved "11.25% Global IME Bank Debenture 2084/85" on Poush 28, 2079.
Global IME Bank Limited (GBIME) will be issuing 50 lakh unit debentures at the rate of Rs 1000 per unit. The bank will be offering an 11.25% interest rate on the debenture for a period of 5 years.
Out of the total units being issued 20 lakh units will be offered to the general public and 30 lakh units will be offered for private placement.
Sunrise Capital is the issue manager. It will raise a total of Rs 5 arba from the issuance.
