SEBON Approves FPO Shares of Swarojgar Laghubitta; Company to Issue 195,773 Unit Shares

The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved the Further Public Offering (FPO) of Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBBL).
SLBBL is coming out with 195,773.00 units of FPO shares. Like an IPO, the general public can apply for the shares at a par value of Rs. 100 per share which will raise Rs. 19,577,300 for the company. The current paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 671,105,200 which will increase to Rs. 69.06 Crore after the issuance of the mentioned FPO shares.
NMB Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager of the FPO.
