SEBON approves new debenture: 8.5% Sanima Debenture 2086

The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved the issue of Sanima Bank's "8.5% Sanima Debenture 2086."
The debenture will issue 16 lakh units to the general public and 24 lakh units will be subscribed via public placement. Thus, a total of 40 lakh units with a par value of Rs. 1,000 per unit will be issued.
The debenture will mature in 2086 BS and has a coupon rate of 8.5%.
NIC Asia Capital has been appointed the issue manager of this debenture. SEBON approved the application for this issue on Kartik 27.
