SEBON Halts Dividend Distribution for Sanima Large Cap Fund

The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has halted the dividend proposal for the Sanima Large Cap Fund (SLCF).
Sanima Capital Limited had proposed a 10% cash dividend, amounting to Rs. 12 crore, for its unitholders for the fiscal year 2080/81, with the book closure set for today. However, SEBON, in a meeting on 25th Bhadra 2081, directed the fund to halt the dividend distribution.
The Last Traded Price (LTP) of SLCF currently stands at Rs. 10.60 per unit.
