SEBON Prohibits NASA Investment Pvt Ltd To Provide Securities Related Services Without Their Approval

Through the investigation carried out by Securities Exchange Board of Nepal (SEBON), it is identified that Biratnagar based NASA Investment Pvt. Ltd is  facilitating securities-related services to investors.

Services such as opening up of Demat account, mero share, broker account (TMS) services, portfolio management services, and, buying and selling of securities in the secondary market are strictly prohibited to be conducted without prior approval of the Securities Exchange Board of Nepal (SEBON).

Further, the entity has been notified to stop these activities and inform the Board regarding the same.
