Seed Energy Limited Announces 3rd AGM on Kartik 09; What are the Agendas?

Seed Energy Limited has called its 3rd AGM on 9th Kartik, 2081. The meeting will be held in the company's head office located at Jawalakhel, Lalitpur, starting at 2 pm that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) To discuss and approve the Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2080/081 presented by the Chairperson on behalf of the Board of Directors.
2) To discuss and approve the balance sheet as of the end of Ashadh 2081, the profit and loss account, cash flow statement for FY 2080/081 along with the auditor's report and related schedules.
3) To ratify the decisions and actions taken by the Board of Directors during FY 2080/081.
4) To appoint an auditor for FY 2081/082 and determine their remuneration. (The current auditor is eligible for reappointment.)
5) To approve the appointment of an independent director.
6) To discuss the continuation of the public issuance.
