Seti Finance to refund auction money to non-allottee investors from Falgun 30

Seti Finance Limited (SETI) will be refunding 66,682.14 units ordinary right share auction money to the non-allottee investors from Falgun 30, 2073. The non- allottee investors can collect their refunds from NIBL Capital Markets Limited, Lazimpat, Kathmandu.
Seti Finance had auctioned 66,682.14 units ordinary shares and 1,83,235.86 promoter shares to the general public from Falgun 11, 2073 till Falgun 19, 2073. The bids were opened on Falgun 22, 2073 at 3:00 PM.
NIBL Capital Markets Limited has been assigned as the issue manager for auction share issue.
The preliminary cut off price for 66,682.14 units ordinary shares stood at Rs 127.02. The highest bid amount for the auction shares received was Rs 181. Total 274 applicants had submitted their bids for 66,682.14 unit ordinary shares.
For 1,83,235.86 units promoter shares, the bank has set a preliminary cut off price of Rs. 101. Total 3 applicants had submitted their bids for 1,83,235.86 units of promoter shares. Only 3,200 shares were claimed. The remaining 1,80,035.86 unclaimed promoter shares will be re-auctioned.
