Shangri-la Development Bank and Kamana Sewa Bikash Bank Call AGM With These Agendas

Shangri-la Development Bank Limited has called its 17th AGM on 16th Kartik, 2078. The meeting will be held in Lainchaur Banquet, starting at 10 am that day.

Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 10.5263% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The meeting of the board of directors held on Ashoj 19 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 2,73,69,72,420. 10% bonus shares and 0.5263% cash dividend (tax purposes) have been proposed. Thus, the bonus shares are a little over Rs. 27.36 crores and the cash dividend is worth a little over Rs. 1.44 crores.

Kartik 05 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM.

Similarly, Kamana Sewa Bikash Bank Limited has also called its 15th AGM on 23rd Kartik, 2078. The meeting will be held in Park Village Resort, Budhanilkantha, Kathmandu, starting at 10 am that day.

Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 19.47% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The meeting of the board of directors held on Ashwin 07 decided to distribute the dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 2,65,19,63,731.59. 18.5% bonus shares and 0.97% cash dividend have been proposed.

Furthermore, the AGM will also elect 3 board members from the promoters and 3 from the public shareholders.

Kartik 10 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM.
