Shangrila Development Bank and Land Management Department Sign MoU for Digital Services

Shangrila Development Bank Limited (SADBL) and the Land Management and Records Department of Nepal signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the 24th Ashadh.

The agreement, signed by Suyog Shrestha of Shangrila Development Bank and Krishna Prasad Sapkota of the Land Management and Records Department, aims to facilitate the digitization of government services.

This initiative is expected to reduce congestion at customs offices and allow consumers to easily make withholdings and deposits online.

Shrestha emphasized that this online system will streamline payments for banks and financial institutions, protect against fraudulent transactions, and alleviate customer hassles. The signing ceremony included representatives from both the bank's Credit Administration and Marketing Departments and the department's senior officials.
