Shangrila Development Bank convenes its 18th AGM; endorses proposal of 8.53% bonus shares and 0.44% cash dividend to shareholders

Shangrila Development Bank convened its 18th AGM for the FY 2078-79 under the leadership of its chairman on Chaitra 17, 2079.

Apart from the regular financial reports, The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 8.534% bonus shares and 0.449% cash dividends to its shareholders from the profit it had made in the previous fiscal year, as per the media statement.

The AGM has also elected new board members who include Mr. Ujjwal Satyal, Mr. Sushil Kaji Baniya, and Mr. Sujan Siddhi Bajracharya from the promoter’s group while Ms. Lisa Sherchan, Mr. Ganga Sagar Dhakal and Mr. Naresh Dhungana from a public shareholder group

The bank currently has 112 branches, and 30 ATM booths under its network.
